Mission Partner Focus – In2Out

Please pray:-

For In2Out Participants past and present – this year will mark our celebrations of the first 10 years of In2Out. We are so thankful for the opportunity we have had to touch the lives of over 750 young people in that time. Many of these we are still in contact with, and many more we are not – but God knows exactly who and where they all are. Please pray with thankfulness a blessing over each young person that In2Out has had contact with – that they would feel God’s protection and peace over their and their families lives – wherever they may be.

For the year ahead – the challenges of working with young people leaving prison continue to increase as the overall numbers in Youth custody continues to fall. Those that do end up in prison are often there for more serious offences, may have significant time in custody and many carry significant trauma and emotional damage from their earliest years. While our main focus will remain at HMYOI Wetherby we plan to expand our support into HMYOI Werrington near Stoke-on-Trent in 2024. This will be a challenge, but also a great opportunity. Please pray for a smooth route to achieve this goal and that our mentors would continue to bring compassion and hope into the lives of more and more young people in need.

For God’s provision of everything we will need – we are hopeful that this 10th anniversary year will offer even more opportunities to talk about what we do and to advocate for the young people we work with. Please pray that God would grant us favour with funders, partners and supporters who make what we do possible and that He would continue to provide and provision the staff and volunteers that are on the frontline of our work with inspiration, resilience and determination to continue to fight for our young people and their futures.
