Hire our facilities for your meetings or events
Holy Trinity Church in Ripon has a wide range of facilities available for hire for all types of events. During the day there is a small free car park and plenty of street parking; after 6 pm there is a large supermarket carpark nearby that is free too. Our location is convenient for access to and from the centre of historic Ripon.
All profits from hiring our facilities are used by Holy Trinity Church for its mission. The funds are re-invested in the church, which includes contributing towards community activities like our Breakfast Club, Youth Work and Supporting Loneliness.

The main church is available for hire for concerts, events and even banquets. The space includes facilities such as: a large screen and projection facilities; mood lighting; sound system, roving mics and a loop system.
The seated capacity of the Nave is 300 with an additional 58 seats in the balcony.
When hiring the Nave this also includes the Narthex which is an attractive reception area at the rear of the Nave.
Rooms 1 and 2
This space is our largest facility after the Nave and is available for talks, parties and group activities. It can hold up to 100 in a theatre style layout, but room configurations are endless with furniture available for your use. The space includes: large screen and projection facilities; sound system, mics and a loop system; and can be divided into two smaller spaces using the folding partition.
This space is adjacent to our modern kitchen with convenient serving from the kitchen through to Rooms 1 and 2.
This space is ideal for small meetings and gatherings and is conveniently located directly opposite the kitchen. The capacity for this room using Board Room style configuration is 20
This space is ideal for meetings, gatherings and activities. It is conveniently located alongside the Coffee Area, which can act as a comfortable breakout area when available. The capacity for this room using Board Room style configuration is 25
This space is ideal for meetings, gatherings and activities. It is conveniently located alongside the Coffee Area, which can act as a comfortable breakout area when available. This space has a large wall mounted whiteboard and an inbuilt TV and DVD player which can also be connected to external devises such as iPads and Laptops.
We have a modern, clean and well-appointed kitchen. This is available to make tea and coffee for all our building users (we just ask you to make a small donation for the tea and coffee). The space can be hired exclusively too for the preparation and serving of refreshments and large meals. The facilities include: a large induction hob and electric oven; wall mounted water boilers; microwave; utensils, crockery and glasses; a full extraction system and dishwasher.
Our coffee area is generally available for all users but this space can be hired exclusively too if the user requires this. There is generally tabled seating for 25 people in this area with standing space too.
This is a comfortable space for small meetings or a breakout room when using larger spaces. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people sitting around a small coffee table.
This is a comfortable space laid out in a lounge style with a sofa and two arm chairs around a coffee table. There is space to add more seating. There is a television that can be connected to other devices. This space can also be converted to a small recording space with a wrap around green screen and comes with mobile lighting that can be used.
