Advent and Christmas

On Sunday we have our Scratch Nativity at 10.30 am and our Carol Concert at 6.30 pm.

Take a look at all our Advent and Christmas events here Advent and Christmas

Hope Explored

We’d love everyone to do Hope Explored: existing congregation members; new congregation members; visitors; folk who come to a Christmas Service; friends and family. We have this vision because:

  • For long standing Christians it reminds us of The Gospel basics;
  • For those who desire to tell others about The Gospel it gives a great framework to do this;
  • For new Christians it can help cement what you already know about Jesus; and
  • For non Christians or those searching it enables them to make an educated choice about Jesus.

And, it’s possibly the easiest New Year’s resolution you can keep because it is only 3 sessions long and Holy Trinity is committing to run this course at any time you choose. If you can’t make the course starting on 10 Jan at 7pm request a day and time here: Hope Request If you want to come to the course starting on 10 Jan sign up here: Hope Sign-up

Renew Ripon

Renew Ripon will not be opening on Christmas Day and Boxing Day 2023, HOWEVER, the Renew Ripon service WILL be open between Christmas and the New Year on Wednesday 27th December (6.30 – 8.30pm) and Friday 29th December (11.30am – 1.30pm). Please feel free to pop in to this warm space – you will be made very welcome, and cake will be available!

Christmas Cards at Trinity

We all know people on their own or at a distance who need that Christmas card contact during the festive season, but before folk get down to some serious Christmas card writing this is just to let you know that we’re going to have a board at the back of Church for people to attach one card with Christmas wishes for all their friends at Trinity, which will hopefully save on time, finger muscle stress and a tree or two.

As a Church family it makes sense to send one card to include everyone, and maybe youngsters (or oldsters!) would like to make a card to go on the board. Look out for the board soon.

Mission Partners Christmas Appeal

Over Christmas we do not have a Mission Partner Prayer Focus but ask folk to pray for our Christmas Appeal Partners.

All donations at our Christmas Services will be shared equally between the following two charities:

North Yorkshire Horizons – a Adult Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service based in Harrogate

Tear Fund Middle East Emergency Fund
