INTERCESSIONS AND PRAYERS

Would you like to lead Intercessions and Prayers?

We would like to have more people leading intercessions.  If you would like to find out more, without any commitment, come along to a “find out” evening on Wednesday 11 June at 7.30 pm in the Coffee Area.  This is an amazing ministry to be involved in so whether you’re doing this now, have done it in the past, or never done it before you will be welcome.  More info from Alison M or the Office.

GREAT NORTH SWIM

Catherine Pearce is doing The Great North Swim in Windermere on Saturday 14 June to raise funds for St John Ambulance. Click here to support her.

OUTREACH GROUP MEETING – 17 JUNE, 7.30 pm

We held our first early stage planning meeting about Outreach and Evangelism at Holy Trinity last Wednesday.  We had a good response but, because it was short notice and because we want to consult as widely as possible it has been agreed to give another opportunity to contribute.  This has gone to all the invitees to the initial meeting but is particularly directed towards those who couldn’t come to the first meeting.  This repeat meeting is on a Tuesday evening this time.  We would love to hear your contributions to what we might consider and not consider in the area of Outreach.

MISSION PARTNER FOCUS – RIPON & RURAL VOLUNTARY CAR DRIVING SERVICE

The Ripon & Rural Voluntary Driving Service is now being run by Tadcaster Volunteer Community Support Association (rather than Harrogate & District Community Action).  However, the clients and volunteers remain the same.  Volunteer drivers provide transport for individuals to attend medical appointments, shopping or social activities when they are unable to use other publicly provided transport.  Please pray for:-

The continuation of this invaluable service
