MISSION PARTNERS

Every three years our Mission partners are reviewed and whilst we feel it most appropriate to continue with many of our current partners, there is room for you to make suggestions in October. PCC had list of criteria for our charities see below. Please click here for an information sheet on current Mission Partners (2022 – 2024 inclusive).

PCC CRITERIA RE OUTWARD GIVING

Committed to 10% tithe

70-80% of available money should be given to explicitly Christian partners with a bias towards those whose work is of an evangelistic nature  and whose approach is in keeping with HT ‘s spiritual ethos

Ideally between half and three quarters of our outward giving should be directed overseas

Consideration should be given to supporting the whole age range

We are concerned to maintain a continuity of giving particularly to our “key” partners over a number of years

There should be good communication, ideally with a personal contact at HT

There should be a good system of accountability.

So please look out for voting slips in October so that we can look forward to another three years of  fruitful partnership.

EASYFUNDRAISING

MISSION PARTNER FOCUS – KAJO-KEJI CHRISTIAN COLLEGE

Please pray for the life and work of Kajo-Keji Christian College, training pastors, evangelists, teachers and others in South Sudan:-

  • Staffing needs, especially on the Degree course, as previous longstanding Dutch colleagues have now left, and there is a shortage of suitably qualified staff
  • For financial sustainability when sources of income are few and there are many needs – both for day to day living, and for larger capital projects
  • For John and Cathie Rutter working in the College (and Diocese) this autumn – for safety in travel, health, and to be a help and blessing
