BOOST

Many of you have been asking about BOOST this year. Details are coming out now! Click here to find out more: BOOST If you are able to help in any way please let us know here: Help at BOOST We will need all sorts of help – even if you can only commit to certain days or times we will still need you. This, we pray, will be a key event to strengthen the relationships with new families coming to Holy Trinity and encourage others to come too.

Yes We Have No Bananas

If you would like some bananas we have a large quantity available in the kitchen at Church. We are open today (Thursday) and tomorrow morning too. Just take what you need. God bless.

Summer Series – What is…..?

We are really excited about our Summer Worship series.  Between Sunday July 24 and Sunday September 4 we are combining our 10:30 am Morning Worship and our 10.30 am Family Worship services into one service to be held in the main church at 10.30 am. (The 9.00am Holy Communion service will be continuing as usual.)

The church layout will change and we will have a Cafe’ style church for this period similar to the layout those who worship at Family Church would recognise.  This means chairs around tables and refreshments and other things on the tables.

This is an exciting moment where we bring two large groups together to make a super congregation – it will be busy!

The theme is “What is……..?” looking at things like Church, Worship, Communion and Discipleship so the teaching will be great too.

We hope the existing congregation of both our services will find this series uplifting, inspiring and exciting but also that visitors will feel welcomed to this too.  Please bring your friends and families if they are visiting you over the summer.

24 Hour Worshipathon
Salamati Collection

Thank Yous

First a thank you from Izzy and Claire-Lise

Thank you so much again to EVERYONE at church for all they did to help with the Worshipathon!

We thoroughly enjoyed it.  The support of the entire church community was staggering.

Spiritually, it felt amazing, especially the way it brought some young people into church, who had never been in a church! And other people who had not been in a church for a long time. We will be seeing them worship with us again…

From my family, Piran loved it and played his drums enthusiastically – as you know, I struggle to get him to join us on Sundays. And Steve came up to the balcony too – his 1st time ever inside this church!

We have counted up almost £500 in cash and online donations… much,  much more if I include church friends who had donated prior to the event (Izzy is already ridiculously close to her final target). We are blown away!

And in fact, there was a little article last week: Ripon Gazette

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I pray God’s every blessing on this faithful community,

Claire-Lise

And from Isaac at Salamati and Wilf a very big thank you for the donations left a week or so ago. These are now on there way to Pakistan. Brilliant and well done!
