Last Chances!

Calling Singers

Well this isn’t quite a last chance – but the list we have opened for people to say they are interested in singing at services closes this weekend. If you are interested add you details here: Register Interest.

Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth. Sing to the Lord, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day. Psalm 96
Jubilee Tea 2 June at Noon

Platinum Jubilee Celebration

We are holding a Celebration Afternoon Tea fit for a Buckingham Palace Garden Party here at Holy Trinity. There will be entertainment, singing, music, and of course a glorious Posh Afternoon Tea. We would love you all to come and to bring friends and family too. The event will be held in the main church with fully decorated tables – we even hope to have gold rimmed tea cups!!

It all happens at 12 noon on Thursday 2 June. Tickets are available now – just follow the link: Afternoon Tea or see Gloria.

Men’s Breakfast

This Saturday at 8 am. Come for a Full English, Great Chat and a good speaker too. Sign up here: Men’s Breakfast

Alpha and Other Courses

We are coming to the end of a very successful Alpha and we have recently held 2 Hope Explored courses too. We are really keen to run such courses on a regular basis. If you have a conversation with a friend, neighbour, family member and the discussion reaches the possibility of doing a course. Please let John in the Office know. We can run these during the day, in the evening, weekends, in person and on-line. Just let John know.

Prayer Request

Jed is working in progressing some exciting activities that we hope to deliver with CAP (Christians Against Poverty) one of our mission partners.

Jed has to complete a 40 hour training programme which starts next week for this to come to fruition. Please pray for him in this work.

Mission Partner Prayer Focus

Please continue to pray for Jennyruth Workshops.

We have a new prayer focus next week.

Jennyruth Workshops would love you to pray for:

The new people who have just joined and that they settle in well;

Their new extension that will commence in June and that it proceeds according to plan;

and that this will also lead to them being able to invite new workers to join them in their community.
