Getting Organised

We would like some help getting organised. We have a few projects that you might be interested in. These include:

Narthex Display We would like to improve the quality and the appearance in the Narthex. This small project will involve limiting the materials we display on the Narthex Table (mainly if not exclusively Holy Trinity material) and then using the revolving display for other materials. We would consider obtaining some display fittings to help make this area more attractive.

Ministry Courses and Study Materials We have a collection of different boxes of ministry material that needs to be organised. Currently, these materials are in a number of areas. We would like to arrange these in an easily accessible storage system. We would consider obtaining or purchasing storage boxes or other materials to make this work. There are a number of locations where we might centralise these materials.

Stationery and Office Equipment and Materials We have recently been donated a good quantity of stationery and office supplies. Most of this material has been placed in the photocopy room but is not efficiently or effectively stored. We’d like someone or a small team to look at the whole of the photocopy room with a view to rationalise and organise the materials we have in this location.

These are not large projects but need the eye of people who are organised and enjoy the task of bringing order to “minor chaos”!
